Akram Bouras Surpasses Local Stars in Algeria
The ideal XI of Algerian footballers playing abroad has been announced, and Akram Bouras, the midfielder of Bulgarian side Levski Sofia, has earned a place in the lineup.
The 25-year-old was ranked ahead of star players Nabil Bentaleb and Ismael Bennacer in the list compiled by dzfoot.com. The publication wrote:
“In midfield, Akram Bouras has delivered outstanding performances since his debut for Levski Sofia. His assist in the victory over Botev Plovdiv was impressive. This earned him a spot alongside Ramiz Zerrouki in midfield. Nabil Bentaleb and Ismael Bennacer have only recently returned from injury.”
Bouras has featured in four matches for the blue-and-whites, starting the last two from the opening whistle.
Meanwhile, Bouras is currently playing for Lille, while Ismael Bennacer has joined Dinamo Zagreb on loan from AC Milan.
