Azerbaijani Rower’s Successful Start

At the Paris 2024 Summer Olympics, Azerbaijani rower Diana Dymchenko has started her campaign in the academic rowing category. The 34-year-old, a two-time European champion, competed in the 2000-meter individual event. In a group of five competitors, Dymchenko finished in third place, earning her spot in the quarterfinals. She completed the distance in 7:52:59. The quarterfinals are scheduled to take place on July 30.

Anna Prakaten’s Performance

The rowing events at the Paris Olympics have commenced. On July 27, Uzbekistan’s Anna Prakaten began her participation. Competing against rowers from New Zealand, Paraguay, Mexico, and Cuba, Prakaten finished her heat in second place with a time of 7:37.80. This result secured her a direct spot in the quarterfinals. Prakaten is continuing her preparations for the quarterfinals, aiming to represent her country with excellence at Paris 2024.
