1-) What is your daily training routine like when preparing for a tournament?

Wake up, shower, gym 30 minutes, breakfast, after tennis 2 hours, lunch, sleep, and in the evening another 2 hours, bed at 23.00

2-) Do you have any special preparations or rituals before matches?

My routine is to go to bed early, and warm up an hour before the matches, and as little sugar as possible before the match

3-) How do you ensure harmony with your partner and what work do you do to improve this harmony?

I usually play with guys who I know, which means we are good friends and see each other often at tournaments, so it becomes easier for us to understand each other on the court

4-) What are your goals for the future? Which tournaments in particular do you want to take part in or what rankings do you want to reach?

My main goal is to get to the Grand Slam tournament, I especially want to go to Wimbledon, grass is something new for me. Starting from August I will try to switch to more challengers in order to rise higher in the rankings

5-) You participated in tournaments in different parts of the world. What is your favorite city or country and why?

I have two favorite countries. The first is Georgia with sincere, friendly people, special, beautiful nature and amazing food. And the second country – where it is always (by my standards) summer – is Thailand, with a refreshing sea breeze, sea, fried rice and seafood and hospitable people.
