Dutch sprinter Bol wins European Championship in record time

Following Bol, France’s Louise Maraval secured the silver medal with a time of 54.23 seconds. Bol’s fellow Dutch athlete, Cathelijn Peeters, claimed the bronze medal with a time of 54.37 seconds. Eileen Demes (Neu-Isenburg) from the DLV was eliminated in the semifinals.
