Leading the Charge: Sahibzada Farhan Takes Helm of Pakistan Shaheens

Sahibzada Farhan Appointed Captain of Pakistan Shaheens

Sahibzada Farhan has been appointed as the captain of Pakistan Shaheens. He will lead the team in a four-day series against Bangladesh A in Darwin, Australia. The series consists of two four-day matches.

According to an announcement made by the Pakistan Cricket Board on Friday, changes have been made to the 15-member squad. Pakistan Shaheens will now depart for their destination on Saturday morning instead of Sunday. Consequently, the camp at the National Stadium Hanif Muhammad Regional High-Performance Center concluded on Friday. Pakistan Red Ball Team Head Coach Jason Gillespie will also accompany the team to Darwin. They are scheduled to return to Pakistan in the first week of August after the second four-day match.

The Pakistan Shaheens squad includes Sahibzada Farhan (Captain), Haseebullah, Qasim Akram, Muhammad Irfan Khan, Muhammad Ali, Kamran Ghulam, Kashif Ali, Khurram Shahzad, Mehran Mumtaz, Muhammad Harira, Mubasir Khan, Umeer bin Yusuf, Shahnawaz Dhani, Tayyab Tahir, and Umar Amin.
